Gary Moe Hyundai is seeking an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in automotive dealerships and parts operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Parts Department team
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving and stock control
- Maintain accurate records and efficient department processes
- Deliver excellent service to customers and internal departments
- Work closely with the Service and Sales teams
- Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment
Requirements
- Automotive dealership experience is required
- Automotive parts experience is required
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Self-motivated, dependable and results-driven
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Available to work weekends as required
Compensation Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
