NorthStar Ford is looking for an experienced Parts Person to join our team in Calgary!

This position is based at our Calgary location, with occasional support at our Cochrane location as required.

What You’ll Do As an Experienced Parts Person, you’ll be an important link between our customers, technicians, suppliers, and Service Department.

Your responsibilities will include

- Selling, ordering, receiving, and stocking automotive parts.
- Responding to customer and supplier inquiries by phone and email.




- Taking parts orders both over the phone and in person.
- Proactively assisting customers who are browsing the Parts Department.
- Providing Service Technicians with the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently.
- Working closely with the Service Department to ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time.
- Sourcing parts that are not currently in inventory.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring
- 1+ year of direct automotive parts experience.
- A solid understanding of automotive systems and parts.
- Experience with an Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is required.
- Above-average computer skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A team-first attitude and a commitment to getting the job done right.

Compensation & Benefits $26–$31 per hour, depending on experience.
