What You'll Do:

- Connect with customers and help them find their perfect vehicle
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Guide buyers through test drives, financing options, and the full purchase process
- Negotiate deals that create win-win outcomes
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Expand our reach through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and industry trends

What We're Looking For: Must-Haves:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Most Importantly a CAN-DO attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Previous sales, retail,



or customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)

- Automotive industry knowledge
