Full-Time | Commission-Based Position

KARSHEL AUTO SALES is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our growing sales team.

This is a commission-based sales position designed for someone who is ambitious, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated by performance and earning potential.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
- Recommend suitable vehicles and provide professional sales advice
- Present vehicle features, specifications, history, and benefits accurately
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
- Respond to customer inquiries and sales leads
- Consistently follow up with prospective customers
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiate professionally and close vehicle sales
- Maintain strong knowledge of available inventory
- Develop knowledge of different makes, models, features,



and current automotive market trends
- Maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout the sales process
- Work toward individual and dealership sales targets

What We Are Looking For
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VSA Salesperson Licence
- Automotive sales experience is preferred
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to close sales
- Confident communicating with customers in person, by phone, text, and online
- Coachable and willing to continuously improve
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good automotive knowledge or a strong willingness to learn
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is an asset
- Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada

Experience Automotive Sales: 2 years preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong sales ability and the right attitude.
