Your role will involve managing the service department, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring effective workflow for mechanics. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the Service Department effectively
- Create and update work orders and complete invoices
- Order and return parts as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
- Utilize Mitchell 1 software proficiently Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service and automotive service advising
- 2+ years of parts ordering experience
- Familiarity with Mitchell 1 automotive software
- Valid G Class Driver's Licence
