About us

We're a family run independent shop that's been serving North York and vaughan for over 40 years. We service European, domestic, hybrid and EV vehicles, and we do work most independents send away like diagnostics, module programming, and ADAS calibration.

We're small on purpose. Everyone here knows each other, and everyone gets a say. Our shop foreman is a licensed technician with decades on the tools. Our lead technician is a diagnostic specialist who's been with us for years. When someone gets stuck, they don't stay stuck, that's how we work.

We're growing, and we're looking for one more person to grow with us.

Who we're looking for

Someone who cares about doing the job properly. That's the whole thing.

We'd rather hire a technician who takes an extra twenty minutes and works clean than one who's fast and leaves us with comebacks. If you like solving problems, ask questions when you're unsure, and want to keep learning, you will do well here.

You might be a level 3 apprentice getting close to your 310S, or recently licensed with a couple of years behind you. Either works.

What you'll be doing

- Running your own bay on general repair and maintenance
- Brakes, suspension, cooling systems, leaks, fluids, A/C, engine and transmission work
- Road testing to verify your own repairs
- Documenting your findings clearly so the front counter can explain them to the customer
- Working with our diagnostic lead on bigger jobs and learning as you go

What you need




- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean abstract (required), you'll be road testing every day
- Level 3 apprenticeship or 310S Certificate of Qualification
- Your own hand tools
- Honesty about what you know and what you don't

Nice to have (not required)
- European vehicle experience ( helpful, but we'll teach you )
- Hybrid or EV exposure
- Interest in growing into diagnostics down the road
