Experienced Automotive Technician – Import, European & Classic Vehicles

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BCFull-Time Position | Compensation Based on Experience & Ability

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our busy import and European automotive repair shop in Downtown Vancouver.

Our shop works on a wide variety of vehicles, with a strong focus on European, specialty and older automobiles. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of working on both modern vehicles and classic cars, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable diagnosing and repairing vehicles across a broad range of ages and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

- Experienced automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working on older, classic and vintage vehicles
- Experience with European/import vehicles is a major asset
- Comfortable diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with older vehicle systems, carburetors, mechanical fuel systems and points-style ignition is an asset
- Comfortable using scan tools and working with modern vehicle systems
- Able to perform maintenance, brakes, suspension, cooling system, engine and drivetrain repairs
- Organized and able to work independently
- Quality-focused with good attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence




- Red Seal certification is an asset

Experience with Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche and other European vehicles would be particularly valuable. Experience with classic and older vehicles from these marques is especially welcome.
