Duties

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various vehicle systems using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals
- Conduct maintenance on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial machinery to execute repairs accurately and efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial machinery safely and responsibly
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions




- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience

Experience

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience demonstrating strong mechanical knowledge
- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or industrial equipment maintenance is a plus
- Skilled in reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
- Experience with welding, assembly work, or working with power tools is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts replacement
- Prior customer service experience preferred to ensure positive interactions with clients
