Lens Automotive – Jarvis, OntarioFull-time, permanent position
Lens Automotive is looking to add an experienced, licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to our team. This is an additional position created because of our growing workload and is not replacing any existing employee.
We are a busy, family-owned automotive and towing business that has served Jarvis and the surrounding communities for approximately 45 years. Our shop handles customer repairs, vehicle inspections and reconditioning for our used-vehicle operation.
Responsibilities include
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and drivability concerns
- Completing brake, steering and suspension repairs
- Performing engine, cooling-system and general mechanical repairs
- Conducting maintenance services and vehicle inspections
- Accurately documenting findings, recommendations and completed repairs
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician licence
- Previous experience working as a licensed technician
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, organized and committed to quality workmanship
- Own basic set of automotive tools
