We are looking for an experienced 310S Automotive Technician to join our team. If you're a skilled technician who takes pride in your work, enjoys diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and wants to work in a supportive independent shop environment, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
As a 310S Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles. You will work independently while also being part of a team that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance on domestic and import vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform brake, steering, suspension, exhaust, cooling, and drivability repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance services and inspections
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform oil changes, fluid services, and other routine maintenance
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately identify required repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, management, and other technicians
- Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer repair recommendations
Qualifications
- 310S Automotive Service Technician certification/licence
- Previous experience working as an automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Own tools suitable for automotive repair
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and qualified
