We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated AZ Truck Driver specializing in cross-border freight transportation. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Your expertise in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and automotive/freight handling will be essential to maintaining smooth logistics operations.

Paying 62 cents a mile.

Responsibilities

You will be hauling reefer loads For our dedicated customers from Mississauga and GTA area.

Paid waiting time, layovers, extra stops.

- Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for cross-border freight transportation, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Manage the loading and unloading of freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring secure handling of cargo.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Navigate border crossings efficiently while complying with customs procedures and documentation requirements.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients,



and border officials to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to minimize downtime during routes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.

Requirements

- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean 1 year driving record and proven experience in commercial driving.
- Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience handling freight shipments, including loading, securing, and documentation processes.
- Knowledge of cross-border regulations, customs procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks or trailers.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, border officials, and clients.
- Physical capability to load/unload freight, operate heavy machinery, and perform vehicle inspections regularly.
