Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Transport freight efficiently between distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and other critical systems.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, delivery receipts, and vehicle logs.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers,



warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving and freight transportation.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and freight handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical ability to load/unload freight and perform inspections requiring standing, bending, or lifting.
