:

Provide exceptional service to members and guests while assisting with the daily operations of the Club's back shop and golf services. Ensure golf carts, equipment, and back shop areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained. Assist members and guests with golf bags, carts, and equipment in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests
- Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment
- Stage and prepare golf carts for member and guest use
- Clean and maintain golf carts throughout the day
- Return and properly store golf carts following use
- Assist with the organization and storage of golf bags and equipment
- Clean golf clubs and assist with other basic golf equipment services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe back shop and cart staging area
- Assist with the daily setup and closing of the back shop and golf operations areas
- Assist with tournaments, outings, and Club events as required
- Monitor golf cart and back shop equipment and promptly report any damage, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions
- Assist with the collection, organization, and storage of member and guest equipment




- Follow all Club policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements
- Promptly report any accidents, injuries, incidents, or unsafe conditions to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations team
