Job Responsibilities

· Serve in multiple kitchen roles, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and speed standards.

· Prepare food items for cooking, including frying, baking, grilling, and assembling meals.

· Manage inventory and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure operational readiness.

· Assemble, wrap, and package food items for final presentation and customer delivery.

· Prepare cold items such as salads and sides in accordance with portion and hygiene guidelines.

· Monitor product hold times to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with health standards.

· Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout each shift.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand standards, menu offerings, and current promotions.

· Support opening, closing, and shift-change procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Ensure a sanitary environment by regularly cleaning floors, equipment, restrooms, and dining areas.

· Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to support team performance.

Job Requirements

· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

· Must be available to work Fridays/Saturdays

· Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently with strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Perform physical activities such as lifting (up to 50lbs), balancing, bending, standing for long period of time,



walking, handling materials, boxes, equipment, pots, pans, and navigating shelving both high and low

· Thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus and accuracy.

· Demonstrate a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

· Show reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a robust commitment to quality work.

· Communicate clearly with dignity, integrity, and respect.
