Duties

- Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies with precision and creativity
- Decorate cakes and desserts using professional cake decorating techniques to ensure visual appeal
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling baked items
- Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or customer takeout while maintaining quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction with baked products by offering consistent quality and visual presentation

Experience





- Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, baking processes, and kitchen safety protocols is highly desirable
- Experience with cake decorating and food presentation enhances your ability to create visually stunning desserts
- Knowledge of food handling regulations ensures compliance with health standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members
