We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items while ensuring high standards of quality and food safety. Your creativity in cake decorating and commitment to customer service will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with attention to detail.
- Package finished products for display and sale, ensuring they meet food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking.
- Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
