Responsibilities

- Deliver professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and style requests
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a protected environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering style recommendations
- Upsell additional grooming products or services that enhance the client experience and meet their individual needs




- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on available grooming products and accessories

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster repeat business
- Expertise in hair styling techniques for men’s grooming including fades, tapers, beard trimming, and shaves
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic workspace at all times
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and team members
- Experience with retail sales to effectively recommend products that suit client needs
- Organizational skills for managing appointments efficiently and maintaining a clean front desk area

Pay: $18.25-$40.26 per hour
