Duties

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Upsell retail products such as hair care, styling tools, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance and loyalty




- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hair styling to continually elevate your craft

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of diverse haircuts and styles ,Beard shaping and razor shaving.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols, sterilization methods, and safety standards in a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively listen to client needs and provide clear advice
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining a positive client experience
- Previous experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus but not required
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
