Duties
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with customers through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling accessories to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is more key than any certifications,
will train/learn on the job only for passionate individuals.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations.
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
