Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess experience in beverage preparation. The position involves preparing beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and customer seating areas
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




- Follow health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards and food safety regulations

Skills

- Previous Barista experience is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, and food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valuable communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently
