Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.

- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and build rapport.

- Take and process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar and surrounding areas.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.

- Check identification to verify age eligibility for alcohol consumption.

- Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring a balanced cash register.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a hospitality environment.

- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

- Robust customer service skills with a friendly,



approachable demeanor.

- Ability to handle a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
