Intact is seeking a Claims Consultant in the Specialty Lines team to handle complex multi‑line E&O; and D&O; claims through all channels. You will manage direct handling, monitoring, and negotiation of high‑profile cases with underwriters, brokers, and insureds. You will lead, mentor and train colleagues, coordinate with underwriting on risks and trends, and ensure service and KPI targets are met in a flexible, hybrid work workplace.
