The OCSB invites applications for a Long Term Occasional Teacher to fill in for a teacher on leave. Candidates should be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers, having complete training in Sexual Abuse Prevention. In this role, educators will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students while upholding Catholic principles in education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging French and Social Studies lessons
• Incorporate Religious teachings in lesson plans
• Facilitate Geography and History discussions effectively
• Foster an inclusive learning environment for all students
• Maintain accurate student records and assessments
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Teachers membership in valuable standing
• Successful completion of required training
• Experience with diverse student populations
• Ability to teach multiple subjects effectively
• Ready to commit for the entire assignment period
