Requirements: • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) • Minimum of three years in clinical or leadership roles • Solid understanding of Long-Term Care and its regulations • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Passion for improving resident care and teamwork
