Job Description: He/she is responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of the project schedule under the direction of the Project Planner.

Key Accountabilities

- Create and update the Project schedule in Primavera under the direction of the Project Planner
- Comply with project reporting requirements as defined by process or contract
- Update the project schedule on monthly and quarterly basis with changes to EAC, activity dates and labour demand
- Provide reports/metrics including Critical Path, Earned Value, EAC variance, Critical milestones movement, KPIs & labor forecasts under the guidance of the Project Planner

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in using planning software
- College or University graduate or equivalent working experience




- Basic level skills in Primavera and Microsoft Project software
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Valuable communication skills
- Good English skills

Base Salary: $68,583 - $85,729
