OverviewOur client, a transportation company located in St. Thomas, is looking for a Parts and Service Supervisor who wants to grow with the company.What we offer$70,000-$80,000 annual salaryCompany BenefitsStraight days 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday3 weeks' vacation to startGreat working environment and the chance to grow.What you'll be doingSupervise operations of the parts department.Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedule for fleet.Monitor fleet availability and prioritize repairs to maximize efficiency.Manage inventory of parts, tires, fluids, and shop suppliesOrdering and negotiating with suppliers and vendorsSupport technicians with parts availability and repair coordinationMaintain work orders, service records, warranty claims, and maintenance documentationEnsure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and workplace policiesAssist with budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance cost controlSupervise, train,



and support maintenance and parts staffCollaborate with operations and dispatch teams to maintain fleet readinessPromote a secure, clean, and efficient work environmentWho you areMinimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, coach bus, trucking, or heavy-duty vehicle operationsExperience in public transit or passenger transportation operationsJourneyperson technician certification or related technical training would be an asset.Experience with inventory management and fleet maintenance software would be an asset.Knowledge of commercial transportation safety and compliance regulationsDrake International is an equal opportunity employer committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and diversity.
