Bartender: Part-Time

Craigleith Ski Club – The Blue Mountains, Ontario

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2026/2027 winter season. This is a seasonal position with shifts primarily on Friday and Saturday, both days and evenings, supporting private events, après-ski functions, and Club gatherings. Additional shifts can be available as demanded by events and operational needs.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll provide exceptional service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while representing the warm and welcoming culture that defines Craigleith. You’ll prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, engage with members and guests in a professional manner, and work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service during events.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout service
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and anticipate guest needs
- Follow responsible alcohol service and safety protocols at all times
- Support setup, execution, and teardown for Club events and functions




- Collaborate closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event operations

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled, polished, and guest-focused demeanour
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Available Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility for other event shifts as needed

- Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
- Schedule: Primarily Fridays and Saturdays, with additional shifts during peak events or holidays
- Term: Winter 2026/2027 Season – employment ending on or about march 28, 2027, based on weather and Club operations
- Location: 164 Craigleith Road, The Blue Mountains, Ontario
