We’re looking for a talented, experienced Bartender / Server to join our newly opened upscale-casual restaurant and bar.

Located in a beautiful secret-garden-style patio, our concept combines a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere with modern American cuisine, craft cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

The Role

As a Bartender / Server, you’ll be responsible for delivering polished, friendly service while creating high-quality cocktails and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

Bartender Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic and creative cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Demonstrate robust cocktail bartending and mixology skills.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Take drink orders and ensure timely service.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service.
- Accurately process cash and credit-card transactions.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence behind the bar.

Server Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service.
- Present menus and confidently explain food and beverage selections.




- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Offer thoughtful menu and cocktail recommendations.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal and respond to guest needs.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

- Previous cocktail bartending experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
- Previous restaurant serving experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent multitasking and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
- Must meet all applicable legal requirements for alcohol service.
