Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate orders for food and beverages, utilizing POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization at your station.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts accurately, demonstrating strong cash handling and cashiering skills.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.




- Engage with guests proactively to enhance their experience, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between stations, and lift moderate loads when necessary.
