Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hour on T4

Location: Gatineau Quebec (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the administrative management of the client’s non-regulated activities
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, installers, service contractors, etc., while maintaining positive relationships
- Perform data entry for rental equipment in various systems
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner when required
- Conduct detailed analysis of various reports
- Perform other related administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; College Diploma considered an asset
- Must be fluent in French (speaking, reading,



and writing)
- Proficient knowledge of English (speaking, reading, and writing) is also required, as the role involves frequent interaction with English-speaking colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
