Our client is a company with more than 200 employees, well established in the construction industry. It specializes in the sale and rental of construction equipment. The incumbent is responsible for entering and billing sales and rental contracts. He or she ensures the accuracy of data and documents and acts as a resource person in the processing of files.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive sales and rental contracts and enter them in the system database at a high pace;
- Validate the accuracy of the data and documents;
- Obtain further information required for incomplete documents;
- File physical and virtual records in an accessible and organized manner;
- Respond to requests for information on relevant files;
- Help with the year-end inventory count;
- Perform any other task requested by the Controller.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- French and English required, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (intermediate level of Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of NAV and UNIX software (an asset)
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive time management and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit
- Good communication of needs and expectations
- Good organizational skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 40-hour work week
- Salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year
