Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Blockchain Lead / Architect. This position involves spearheading the design and development of a Blockchain platform supporting multiple business-use cases within a financial institution. The candidate will play a critical role in defining architecture, guiding vendor and technology selection, and overseeing development efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and design of a Blockchain platform supporting multiple business use cases in a financial environment
- Support vendor and product evaluation, including technology selection and validation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards
- Participate in governance processes and design approval sessions
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality implementation
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of Blockchain solutions through all project phases
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables for successful implementation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Blockchain to inform strategic decisions

Desired Skill-Set

- Proven experience designing Blockchain solutions in a financial services setting
- Hands-on coding experience with Blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu,



or Kaleido
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and design principles
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and lead development teams
- Experience with vendor and product evaluations in the Blockchain space
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and team members

Nice to Have

- Previous banking or financial industry experience
- Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment
- Familiarity with Blockchain governance frameworks
- Experience supporting Pilot projects and moving solutions into production
- Understanding of security considerations and compliance requirements in fintech environments
