- Educate clients on aftercare procedures, healing times, and potential risks to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and industry best practices.
- Engage with clients at the front desk, providing excellent guest services, answering questions, and upselling complementary jewelry or aftercare products.
- Assist with product demonstrations such as jewelry fittings or showcasing new piercing accessories.
- Collaborate with team members to promote retail sales, special promotions, and current services like body waxing or nail care.
