Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify transaction accuracy
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with budgeting activities by tracking expenses and supporting financial planning
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management review and decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform account analysis and support budgeting efforts effectively
- Prior experience in a similar in-house bookkeeping role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a team environment
