- Conduct account analysis and prepare reports to support financial decision-making.
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with budgeting activities and monitor expenses against budgets.
- Reconcile invoices, receipts,
and other financial documents to ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform account analysis and prepare clear financial reports.
