Candidates should be reliable, safety‑conscious, and eager to learn new techniques in a dynamic work environment.ResponsibilitiesUse a wide variety of hand tools, power tools to assist with excavation and site preparationPerform drainage system installation, repair, and maintenanceAssist with gardening tasks including planting, pruning, and landscape beautificationSupport construction activities by moving materials, digging trenches, and assisting skilled tradespeopleMaintain safety standards by following proper procedures during all tasks and handling tools responsiblyEnsure work areas are clean, organized,



and compliant with safety regulationsSkillsExperience operating Skid steers and other heavy machinery preferredKnowledge of drainage systems, gardening techniques, and horticulture practicesFamiliarity with landscape construction including prep, interlock, patterns, cutting techniquesMechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment using hand tools and power toolsAbility to perform physical labor in outdoor environments for extended periodsStrong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and landscaping workGood communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environmentBasic knowledge of landscape construction processes is a plusThis position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in landscaping, construction, or horticulture fields to gain hands‑on experience and knowledge while contributing to meaningful projects.
