Position OverviewThis position is mainly for a third-party logistics warehouse and dropshipping operations. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for managing daily on-site warehouse operations, coordinating team members, assigning tasks based on order volume, and ensuring smooth and accurate order fulfillment.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily personnel management of the assigned team and arranging employees’ work properly.Lead the team to complete daily warehouse operation tasks and ensure work efficiency.Provide on-site guidance to employees on standardized operating procedures and correct mistakes in a timely manner.Assign tasks based on orders and daily workload.Responsible for on-site quality control to avoid issues such as wrong shipments, missing shipments, and missed scans.Collect and summarize daily workload data, including item quantity, order volume, and other related data.Report on-site issues in a timely manner, such as inventory discrepancies, system issues, and personnel-related problems.Assist the supervisor with other warehouse management-related tasks.Job RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a team lead role.Experience in a dropshipping warehouse, logistics warehouse, or e-commerce warehouse is preferred.Familiarity with dropshipping warehouse operation procedures and WMS systems is preferred.Strong data collection, reporting, and basic analysis skills.Team management experience with valuable communication and organizational skills.Responsible, detail-oriented,



and strong in execution; able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.Able to work under pressure and capable of handling problems and coordinating on-site operations.Fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for candidates with hands‑on warehouse management experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to lead a team to achieve daily targets.
