New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting firm, is seeking an IT Project Manager to support our client’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio. The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional business teams, technical stakeholders, and project sponsors to deliver medium to large-scale initiatives on time, on budget, and within scope.This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience overseeing complex IT projects, strong financial acumen, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT and corporate real estate-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource needs, stakeholder engagement plans, and reporting requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technical, non-technical, vendor, design, and operations stakeholders.Manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Support workplace change activities, including workspace assignments, team moves, renovation handoffs, and related communications.Coordinate vendors, design partners, furniture, signage, finishes, space accessories, procurement, delivery, and installation activities as required.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drawing reviews, project documentation,



and close-out activities with internal and external parties.Provide clear project updates to stakeholders at all levels and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.Maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.Provide on-site support as required; occasional travelacross Canada may be required.Requirements3–5 years of project management experience.Experience managing medium to large-scale IT, corporate real estate, workplace, facilities, office renovation, or transformation initiatives.Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, cost reporting, and project risks/issues.Experience supporting workplace change management, workspace assignments, team moves, or renovated space transitions.Experience coordinating vendors, design firms, furniture, signage, finishes, or other space-related deliverables is an asset.Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with BIM 360or similar project collaboration/document management tools is preferred.Solid communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, planning, documentation, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.PMP certification completed or in progress is preferred.If you have this expertise and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
