About the Role

We're growing our Ontario presence and looking for outgoing, self-motivated Brand Ambassadors to help bring our brand to life at in-store demos across grocery and health food stores. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, representing a premium brand in person, and supporting memorable brand experiences in the field. This role also requires regular availability on weekends and occasionally evenings.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Retail Demos & In-Store Support

· Travel to assigned demo locations (grocery and health food stores) within your territory

· Set up, run, and break down an engaging demo table/display

· Prepare and serve product samples in line with food safety guidelines

· Educate customers and store staff on Dr. Bee's products, ingredients, and health advantages

· Check in with store management or staff upon arrival at each location

· Monitor in-store inventory and merchandise shelves/displays as needed

· Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting demo station throughout the shift

· Submit post-shift demo reports (samples given, units sold, customer feedback) in a timely manner

· Represent the Dr. Bee brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity at all times

· Retail demos are professional, engaging, and consistently well executed

· Customers have a positive,



informed, and memorable experience with the Dr. Bee brand

· Retail locations are supported with strong in-store presence, light merchandising attention, and useful field feedback

· Demo reporting, shelf photos, and event observations are completed accurately and consistently using established internal processes

What We Are Looking For

You bring

· 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, demos, events, brand ambassador work, hospitality, or a related role is an asset

· A valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract

· Access to a vehicle in good working order and active insurance

· Confidence engaging with customers and representing a brand professionally in person

· Comfort standing for 3-4 hours at a time

· Ability to carry, set up, take down, and store a demo kit at home between shifts (~25 lbs)

· Enjoys consumer interaction and brand storytelling

· Has a genuine interest in natural health, wellness, and/or food products

· Is reliable and punctual, stores are counting on you to show up as scheduled

· Notices retail presentation details and takes pride in keeping things organized

· Can balance customer experience with practical setup, coordination, and follow-through

· Is responsive, dependable, and professional when communicating with customers and partners

Schedule & Compensation

· Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

· $25 travel stipend per shift (covers parking, mileage, etc.)

· Hours: Flexible, approximately 4–12 hours per week depending on availability and territory

· Shifts: Primarily weekends, with some weekday availability needed based on store scheduling

· Job Type: Part-time, casual/contract

· Location: Grocery and health food stores across Ontario (specific store list provided by your manager); primarily within 35km of the GTA, with occasional travel further out as needed
