With Love Rack Bridal Outlet offers designer bridal gowns off the rack at outlet sale prices, without compromising the bridal shopping experience. Regardless of budget or timeline, we believe every bride deserves the dress of her dreams. Our gowns are either store samples or designer overstock that have never been worn down the aisle and haven’t been altered.

We opened in 2014 as an exclusively off the rack bridal boutique and moved to our current location, a stunning, renovated storefront in the heart of Carleton Place in the winter of 2016. Our one-on-one appointments provide brides that intimate shopping experience with a Bridal Stylist who can guide her through our curated selection of gowns. Our intimate team is fun and energetic with a true passion for what we do.

What's The Role

We are looking for a qualified and personable part-time (possibility for full-time) bridal sales consultant. The ideal candidate would be a patient, observant individual who’s genuinely interested in assisting someone prepare for their special day. They would have excellent communication and problem solving skills, along with being tactful, polished and enthusiastic.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and passion for both fashion and the wedding industry. Specific training will be provided. A bridal sales consultant is responsible for overseeing the sale of bridal gowns and accessories from beginning to end.

This individual is the direct point of contact with our customers and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met.



A bridal sales consultant must be able to knowledgeably guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and professionally. Duties will also include but limited to gown care, boutique cleaning/tidying and assisting other bridal sales consultants.

- High school diploma
- Additional certifications and other professional development experience is an asset
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Phone and computer skills
- Fluent in the English language
- The physical ability to carry and move gowns
- Dependable and punctual
- Motivation skills and a positive attitude
- Able to handle fast paced situations calmly
- Outgoing and a self-starter

What's In It For You - Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

- Bridal sales consultants are paid a base hourly rate along with commission on personal sales plus tips.
- As an example, the gross hourly wage for top performers may be over $30/hr.
- Possibility of health benefits are offered along with other employment perks.
- The regular schedule for this position includes both weekday days and one evening a week, Saturday 9:30am-5pm and Sunday 10:30am-4pm.
