Tea Bay Sweet is a locally owned bubble tea and dessert shop in Thunder Bay. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bubble Tea Shop Team Member to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bubble tea, fruit tea, and other drinks according to our recipes
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Prepare ingredients, toppings, and other food items
- Keep the counter, kitchen, and customer areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Restock supplies and help with daily shop operations
- Work as part of a team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous bubble tea, restaurant, café, or customer service experience is an asset
- Bubble tea experience is preferred, but training will be provided
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
- Friendly, patient, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
