Blancrest Realty Group is seeking a dependable, hands-on Janitor to provide janitorial services across our portfolio of buildings. This is a live-in position: the successful candidate will reside in a unit provided within one of our buildings as part of the employment arrangement, allowing for a responsive, on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain all common areas across our buildings, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, entryways, laundry rooms, and parking/garage areas

- Collect, sort, and dispose of trash and recycling on a regular schedule; keep garbage and recycling areas clean, sanitary, and free of overflow or odor

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, and touchpoints in shared spaces

- Monitor supply levels for common-area cleaning materials and restock as needed

- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or building damage to management promptly





- Respond to occasional after-hours or weekend needs related to cleanliness or trash/common-area issues, given the on-site living arrangement

- Maintain a consistently clean, orderly, and professional appearance in all common areas

Qualifications:

- Prior janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred

- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently

- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting

- Comfortable moving between multiple buildings/locations as needed

- Valuable communication skills and a professional, courteous manner with residents and visitors

- Must pass a background check; valid driver's license is required

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
