TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Business Analyst - IT

Role Responsibilities / Typical Day in Role:

- Support the seamless migration of clients from a legacy platform to a recent application.
- Review customer file requirements and analyze inbound files.
- Make the necessary administrative and system configuration changes
- Activate customers and support go – live activates
- Contact customers as required and monitor successful post – migration processing.

Performance Measurement:
- Weekly one on one
- How many customers can migrate and how many of those customers are impacted.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Cash Management.
- Hands-on experience supporting client migration or implementation projects.
- Experience with SFTP setup, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer support or client-facing experience is considered an asset.
- Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders.
