and strategic organizational initiatives.The role combines strategic thinking, project coordination, relationship management, and funding development to help support KHI’s long‑term sustainability and organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and monitor funding opportunities across municipal, provincial, federal, utility, philanthropic, and impact investment streamsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive funding pipeline and tracking systemCoordinate and support preparation of funding applications, business cases, briefing notes, and related materialsBuild and maintain productive relationships with government, sector, utility, and community partnersSupport implementation planning and reporting requirements for funded projectsCoordinate consultants, technical partners, and external stakeholders where requiredMonitor housing, infrastructure, sustainability, and funding trends relevant to KHISupport strategic initiatives related to affordable housing modernization, climate resilience, and tenant well‑beingAssist with development of reusable templates, systems, and organizational tools to strengthen long‑term funding capacityQualificationsPostsecondary education in public administration, urban planning, business, political science, sustainability, non‑profit management,
