Responsibilities Provide back office support for a large asset manager, including budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, cost accounting, general journal preparation and general ledger maintenance, internal controls & compliance support, and support for external audit requests as they arise.Plan, prepare, and execute financial statements (quarterly and annually) for management review and queries as applicable.Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional client service.Provide solutions to clients on current business and financial issues.Mentor and train junior team members.Qualifications University Degree or Diploma with a concentration in Accounting.Minimum 3 years of public company experience or equivalent education and experience.Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven problem‐solving ability with solid analytical skills.Strong technical experience in accounting and tax.Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite and ability to learn recent technology tools.Experience with Dynamics 365 is an asset.Benefits Profit sharing.Flex days.RRSP contributions.Firmwide holiday closure.Wellness benefits.Concierge‐like benefits.Work from anywhere in Canada during the summer for 4 weeks.Salary range: $62,300 to $85,700 in Toronto; ranges may vary for other locations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
