Position DetailsFull Time Permanent, New PositionSalary: Starting at $54,300 (based on a 35-hour work week and commensurate with individual education and experience, as it relates to the position).Location: DUC head office at Oak Hammock Marsh near Stonewall, MB.Closing Deadline: Position is open until filled.What You Will DoWe’re looking for a highly skilled and service-oriented On‑site IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary hands‑on IT support resource for staff, public‑facing systems, and visitor technology environments, while also supporting a national workforce of approximately 400 employees.Act as on‑site IT support for the DUC head officeProvide Tier 1–2 support for computers, mobile devices, printers, phones, and A/V equipmentTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesCoordinate with the Help Desk to resolve ticketsSupport technology in public spaces and presentation areas at the Wetland Discovery CentreAssist with setup and maintenance of displays, interactive systems, and A/V equipmentSupport user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and security administrationWork with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and device management toolsAssist with equipment procurement, deployment, tracking, and logisticsSupport basic server, network, telecom,
