As part of the Retirement, Benefits & Well-being (RBW) team within Total Rewards, you will support programs that help colleagues stay physically, mentally, financially, and socially well.Role OverviewIn this role, you will provide day-to-day support for workplace accommodations and ergonomic needs. You will handle more complex requests, give guidance to colleagues and managers, and help improve how the program works. You will also work with internal partners and external vendors to make sure requests are handled accurately, on time, and in a consistent way.Key Responsibilities1. Colleague and Manager SupportRespond to questions about workplace accommodation and how to request supportReview and manage requests from a shared inbox or case systemProvide explicit, practical guidance to colleagues and managersEscalate complex or sensitive issues when needed2. Case Management and CoordinationReview new requests and decide on the next steps based on established guidelinesHandle more complex or non-standard cases from start to finishWork with partners (e.G., HR, Legal, vendors) to resolve casesKeep records accurate, complete, and confidential3. Ergonomic SupportReview requests for ergonomic support (e.G., workstation setup)Direct colleagues to self-serve tools where appropriateCoordinate assessments or equipment for more complex needsSupport solutions such as workspace changes or assistive tools4. Process and Program SupportFollow policies, processes,
