Wages are scaled based on relevant experience and/or education.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute technical and Product Knowledge training programs for Lower Mainland Heating Sales TeamsEvaluate and coordinate all manufacturer trainings for external customers, focusing on Hydronic/HVAC systems and new product innovationsProvide high-level troubleshooting, equipment selection advice, and technical support to our Inside Sales teams,
Outsides sales team and Branch staffLeverage Manufacturers Reps for occasional post-sale support to ensure client success and foster long-term partnershipsAct as the technical link between Andrew Sheret's manufacturing partners and the end-user (contractor), providing detailed feedback on product performance in the fieldManage and update the master database for all municipal, provincial, and federal (NRCAN) heating rebates and utility incentivesCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop campaigns that support heating sales growthConduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to clients and internal team needs, highlighting technical features and energy-efficient benefitsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for the Outside Sales teams that support upselling and cross-sellingServe as the go-to technical expert for the branches in the Lower MainlandSkills1-2 years in a sales workplace (Inside/Outside) with a proven track record in B2B or technical salesMandatory knowledge of the HVAC and Hydronics technical sales environment and products; familiarity with upselling techniques is highly advantageousAbility to conduct product demos and navigate commercial quotation/project pricing systemsProficiency with CRM software is preferredStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and working effectively within a teamStrong problem-solving skills to assess market trends and provide strategic technical solutionsEssentialCompletion of Grade 12 or equivalentTECA and/or HRAI certified is an assetPost-secondary sales or business courses are considered significant assets.Professional appearance and attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) throughout the assigned territory to provide hands-on and collaborative support to the Heating sales teamsBasic math skillsTime management abilitiesValid BC Driver’s License#J-18808-Ljbffr
