What You’ll Do

- Actively develop new accounts and business opportunities in the Winnipeg market
- Identify and contact potential contractors, builders, renovators, designers, and other industry partners
- Make outbound phone calls and follow up with potential customers
- Visit potential customers and businesses in person to introduce our products
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors and trade customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cabinet products and solutions
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes
- Negotiate pricing and work toward closing sales




- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with the team to provide a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- Previous sales or business development experience in the Winnipeg/Manitoba market is preferred
- Canadian work experience or post-secondary education in Canada is preferred
- Experience in kitchen cabinets, construction, renovation, flooring, building materials, or related industries is an asset
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly preferred — Punjabi, Hindi, French, or other languages are an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses in person
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage customer follow-ups effectively
- Good English communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred
