- Complete finishing and touch-up work, including sanding, caulking, staining, painting, and hardware adjustments.
- Coordinate respectfully with project managers, homeowners, and other trades on site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected workspace in the shop and at client homes.
- Follow all safety procedures and deliver work that reflects the quality Regina Custom Kitchens is known for.

- The physical ability to lift materials and work comfortably in a variety of job-site environments.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are assets.
- Subcontractor installers must have appropriate business registration, insurance, tools, and transportation.
At Regina Custom Kitchens, we value craftsmanship, teamwork, and treating every home with respect. If you enjoy building exceptional work and seeing a project through to a polished final result, we’d love to hear from you.
